What’s New In LexDAO Curia The LexDAO ADR working group launched Curia as a subDAO of LexDAO. Curia is an on-chain dispute resolution protocol that, combined with LexLocker (escrow smart contract system), allows users to lock their funds in escrow and then proceed to arbitration. LexDAO guild members manage the arbitration, ensuring that the arbitrators are lawyers and appointing the best suited arbitrators for each case (based on technicality, complexity, etc.). After the panel issues an award, the arbitrators unlock the funds (each being one of the signers of the multi-sig) and distribute the funds according to the ruling.
